This Galaxie was a new body style for Ford in 1961, 1st year for the Thunderbird styled fins that ended in 1964.
This Galaxie Sunliner it's an older restoration with one repaint in the original factory color “Monte Carlo” Red that is approximately 30 years old.
The paint has held up extremely well as a single stage enamel red. The body is super straight all the lines are nice the doors hood and trunk all close as they were designed. The exterior trim and molding are exceptional. The white vinyl convertible top looks new as this car has been kept in a garage and covered. Windows and windshield are very nice unblemished condition, window roll up and down easily.
The power top goes up and down perfectly and latches tight.
The interior is very original as is the dash steering wheel, door panels & carpet.
